How do I get AVG to respond to the fact that I was billed and am still working with the free version
Yet another attempt to protect my funds here. I had an automatic renewal on March 21, which appeared to have had some to me undisclosed problems, which magically resolved itself so that my account was billed. However, I was cut off from using the services I paid for and can now only use the free version only. It is extremely hard to find an address to bring this type of issue up, or to talk with a person and this has been going on since March 21 2019. I did contact avg billing and was told it was a technical issue. I contacted technical help and was told it was a billing issue. Why would I bother with this? I am really fed up with these shoddy business practices and no longer wish to have anything to do with avg. I have made several attempts to make avg aware of this, but with no success at all. I can understand a simple mistake, but this goes well beyond a simple mistake. Why would I have any trust left? I am hereby cancelling my automatic subscription renewal to this service.
