I'm unable to locate any active subscriptions under your account, but this issue might be caused due to the AVG Ransomware Protection. I suggest you to Disable Ransomware Protection and check if that resolves the issue.
To disable Ransomware Protection, please open your AVG Internet Security and follow the below steps:
1. Click on Hackers Protection
2. Open Ransomware Protection
3. Click on "ON" to disable the Ransomware Protection.
Now check if you are facing the same issue.
As above, it messes with other programs that need to access the MyDocuments folder but can't because it's been set to "Read-Only" and every time I unset it AVG immediately ignores me resets it.
