Before proceeding, please let us know how you found that an email is being moved to quarantine. If you've received any threat notification regarding it, please click on 'see details' in it & then share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
If not, please share us the screenshot of the Quarantine page in AVG program (Open AVG program - Menu - Quarantine under Tools section).
