How do I get files globally White Listed AVG Anti Virus?

I am the developer of a 3D Massively Multiplayer Online Role-playing Game (MMORPG). Players that want to play my game (in the thousands) have to install the game on their computer…

More than often a person may have AVG Anti-Virus or AVG Free Anti-Virus installed. For whatever reason, AVG has detected various files in my game as virus' (it might be because I pack the files, which is a necessity for online gaming).

I would like to get the files white listed so that my players do not have to disable AVG to play the game. How can I do this?
