How do I get in contact with a human over at AVG?

Good day,

I’m at my wits’ end at this point.

I’m not in any of the regions AGV is based in. I’ve tried sending emails, calling the numbers, doing the tickets, but I’m trying to cancel my AVG account/subscription, and it seems impossible.

Is there a way to get in touch with a human working at AVG to try and help me with this, because my subscription is renewing again soon, and I already tried cancelling it last year, but it seems like there’s just no way of finding an email that can actually go through.

Anyone who can help?

Thank you :slightly_smiling_face: ,

I am in exactly the same predicament, I thought it was just me! I’m sorry I have no advice, but if I come across anything helpful, I’ll give an update

Again don’t have a solution as having same problem. Keep going round in circles – click on customer support / billing problem / log into account (already logged in) / customer support ……..on and on and on. SO frustrating!! Maybe they’ve taken away the human contact as had so many complaints about LACK OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT / SERVICE. Have even gone onto AVG Facebook page where their most recent post is 2025. From there have sent a message 3 times with NO response :face_with_symbols_on_mouth::face_with_symbols_on_mouth::face_with_symbols_on_mouth:

Same here:

The AVG system of contacting customer support is terrible. I want to renew my subscription. At first no options, the finally I get through to an option in my Driver Updater, since by now my subscription has expired. So I click renewal option, get into payment options, still working, choose to pay through WERO/ Ideal and then they tell me something went wrong… try again.

Very tiring, have been trying 5 times already. Sent in several ticket options. They are all asleeep I guess. Thinking of leaving the whole AVG environment altogether now.

Can anybody help?

I am having the same problem, cannot find out what a charge on my credit card is for, so I have to call the credit card company and dispute it, AVG is a joke company.. Lying corporately is apparently popular worldwide, not just here in Trumpland.l.
