I have solved my problem by following an answer in another thread.

I have bought 2 years of protection and pc speedup in 2014 but it says i have 28 days left of it why is that?

how do i get my account back, i have tryed to download the produckt and i have licensekey, but it keeps telling me that theres an setup error.
