How do I get my renewed subscription to work?

I see that your AVG Ultimate subscription purchased through Google PlayStore got renewed recently on 8th March 2018.
The subscriptions done through Google PlayStore will not appear when you log into AVG my account as it can be managed and seen only on Playstore app.
You shouldn't be receiving the renewal notice through email for your subscription as you have purchased it through Google Playstore.
The renewal will happen automatically and the invoice will be sent to the email address associated with AVG my account.
May I know on which device you are getting expired messages for AVG?
Is it on Android or Windows PC?

One year ago, I purchased an AVG ultimate subscription via Google Play. Everything was ok in the first year, however, on 2018/03/07, all AVG applications stopped working, with a message saying that my subscription has expired, and to this day (March 10)
, I am not able to use the applications with all the functionalities and without advertisements.

Since my purchased subscription was said to be for all devices (PC and mobile included) I do not understand why this is happening.

In addition, AVG is sending me subscription renewal offers for much higher prices than what I paid on google play. Something is wrong?

The account used is the same, all apps are logged in to AVG Myaccount.

on the Myaccount subscriptions page, the subscription is still shown as expired.

Help me, because I do not know what to do!
