How do I get out of the support loop that goes nowhere?

I need to update my payment method. I click on “contact support” then “contact options” then more options until I finally get to “update your payment details”. Then I get to “You can add new payment details by contacting AVG support” but clicking that link takes me back to where I started! It’s driving me crazy! I don’t want my subscription to lapse!
