I have tried to contact your customer service, but like you AVG Ultimate it does not function.  I would likke to know how I get rid of this piece of junk called AVG Ultimate, do not care about the other year just want you gone so I can get a virus protection program that does shut itself off, allow hundreds of tracking cookies bypassing your firewall and alleged webshield.  Cannot talk to a person have to go onto this primitive 1980 chat room technology as you hide in Germany laughing all the way to the bank.  Please show or unsubscribe my authomatic renewal, I do not want to renew I want this product gone, 4 hackers penetrated my system yesterday as your firewall turned itself off, use Office 365 Outlook 400 tracking cookies and your product will not interface with it so I am done.  PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE ME, DELETE MY PAYMENT METHOD AND LET ME GET OUT OF YOU 1980 TECHNOGY OF STUPITIY and allow me to move on to Norton 365 LifeLock, cyber pricing makes it a better value then you but because I have to call and pay you for techical/customer support or use this useless "posting board," shows me you are not an honest company if you cannot even get my subscription that was purchased over a year ago for two year ending next yet and make me a 5 year old.  Grow up and call me or send me an email as to how to CANCEL THIS WORTHLESS PRODUCT!

So I write this long note to you Nisha Sivakumar, but again you do not have the respect for your customer to reply to your message, had to change my own password now twice today to get into my own account, just stopped my movie streaming to have your scanner do a scan that at first had four problems, then I had to spend 20 minutes to rescan it to find nother but alleged errors you want an addition $11.99 per month to fix, I own Tune Up but for some reason when I purchased this Dell All In One, first of its kind it stripped it of all its ability to stream as it thought the replacement for Windows Media Center were unused componets, why as you see I have not installed it.  Daily Office 365 Outlook with error message on your link, 100s of tracking cookies right now on The Edge with you plug in as I type this.  I have been an AVG user for decades, from XP to VISTA and never had it do what it is doing now, it turned its own firewall off and I was attacked yesterday to four hackers, I am now just finishing correcting that digital went around you and gained access to my banking, credit cards, and used Venmo and actually found a way to remove it from underneath you very program and return it without my knowledge now my Venmo is frozen as I dispute $3900.00 in transactions, luckly they did not get the $2,900.00 in Bank of America Zella transaction, I never set it up, but all the time here I believed I had a firewall that stops this sort of stuff.

So Nisha Sivakumar I am saying yes if you can get this Ultimate to work on this WIN 10 Pro, I would love the Tune Up to work instead of having to use the go back feature of windows to get the "streaming components" restored.  I would love to take advantage of the product you say you support and will resolve for free, yet you do not have the response Nisha that will allow that without typing on this machine, I am dying heart the size of a 5 year old, 10 cateracts, sever glocoma, and cannot feel a thing but memory typing on a keyboard, 21 years my heart has been dying so I would not, if I was any sort of techonology representative just rely on a message board when you say "If you say … how, I am over six decades old Nisha so if you invite someone to say something then you need to understand the disabilities and the age of the client that pays for your job existance.  I believe you have my celllular number if you would like to "for free additional support to resolve all the problems you've been facing with AVG," wish you could also regenerate my 2/3 of my heart that has died, so I hope you do not believe you can achieve that, or stop my Adult Sudden Death Sydrome triggered by a forced stent the VA go for free.  I do not mean to be rude yet I just want the things I purchase to work, not have to try to do what I did in my 30s.  Well Nisha if you can have someone called me between my good hours of 11 to 2 pm PST USA so we can set up a remote session to address these issue that should not have happen if this product was installed properly by your automation.  Thank you for you note, I do appreciate being directed to pages to read (technical manuals) or link to "how to cancel," I understand you have hundred of thousands of customers, and Ablast I have on my phone and it also is not compatible with this new cloud OS from Microsoft and Apple, so it is late my heart is beating at 70 BPM and oxygen dropping into the 70s so bed time for me.
