I would like to inform you that this is a fake alert and do not call or grant remote access to your PC for them. These are usually generated by unwanted applications installed on your PC unwanted extensions or add ons. Please check and remove the unwanted applications from your computer and add ons from the web browser. Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

Should you need any further assistance, please let us know which AVG program is installed on your PC.
