How do I get this thing installed and get support by EMAIL?

Jill, With your particular AVG product I think probably there is only chat & phone available.

AVG Zen will not install. It goes up to 92% and then gives me an error. It gives me the option to save the error log…supposedly so it can be emailed to support. But there is not option for emailing support…so there is no way to attach the error log. So now my computer is unprotected. It won;t even go to chat beause there is an error on the chat page.

Oh yeah and in the error announcement it says…TO FIND OUT MORE AQBOUT THIS GO TO--------
When I GO TO it says for only $24.99 more will install our (defective) product for you…

Jill, You can always upload any log files to the AVG FTP server (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?q=ftp%20server&urlname=How-to-upload-a-file-to-our-FTP-server) & post file ref here in your topic.
