How do i install my avg renewal when i rebooted my computer but forgot to save avg security

I have a huge problem, for me!  Iam hoping this is not so for you guys.  Halfway through my last subscription i developed a problem with computor. had to reboot thats all i could do. Forgot to save
avg. in the mean time i downloaded free trial but zen version.  Now my renewal has come through and will not download as is incompatible with with the zen version.  How do i get to download my renewa. or Can i upgrade my renewal to zen version and then down load it.?. Some help with this wll be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
