How do I know my paid features are activated?

I go to 'Menu' -> Activate Paid Features -> Use Activation Code/Signin… and the 'Activate Paid Features' button is still in the menu.

Why am I asked to activate the paid features if I already activate the paid features? Did I activate the paid features? I paid for the features, but are they active?

Also, how do I get refund?

Thank you for sharing us the screenshot, Nunya. 
Upon checking it, we see that you're concerned about the option 'Activate paid features'. It is the option available in AVG program on MAC to enter the activation code. 
To check the subscription status, please click on 'My subscriptions' in Menu & the renewal date will be listed.
