How do I look up my case number

I was on the phone for about an hour on Saturday the 27th trying to get a refund and subscription cancellation on the driver updater service and I was given a case number and was told that I would within 24-48 hours get an email about it as well as get my refund and I have uet to get either. I would like to look up my case but I don't know where to do that. I have my case number written down and I know the number I just don't know where I search.
