How do I make a complaint?

I tried to cancel for a full refund on the 7th of May. The chat agent convinced me to stay for a 75% refund.

I've just realised I hadn't received it so I asked for a full refund. This chat agent said they would do it then stopped the chat.

I have been speaking to someone else who said the original agent "forgot" and the refund has just been processed.

I think it's unfair that I am now expected to wait a further 7 business days for this because they "forgot".

I have asked in the chat for an email address to escalate the complaint to, but I'm getting nowhere.

Is there a complaints email anywhere?

What is your complaints procedure and what else are you going to do to make this right as it's not fair to make me wait even longer for the refund due to your error? 

An extra amount/interest should be given for every day you are over the 7 business days from the 7th of May. Why should I be out of pocket for your mistake?
