How do I make sense of the HTML sheet with all the coding that's supposedly your Report Card to me?

Html file doesn't have to be uploaded to 3rd party site, you can easily read it by opening it in browser.

Yes, I KNOW it's a simple html file.  Again, why can't it be sent in a form that I can read easily rather than having to upload it to a 3rd party site so I can make sense of it?  THAT was my question…not what it was.

I asked for the Report Card that's to show the threats AVG has identified.  What I got was the coding of an HTML page.  

How do I make sense of this without uploading it to a 3rd party server and then making a url to see it?
