Hi Justin,
Please provide us with screenshot so we can better understand what issue you are dealing with.
Thanks
So when the new AVG 2015 came out with Zen and whatnot, I downloaded the Free 30 Day Trial and now the Trial has expired. I figured it would just convert automatically to the free version, which it has, but every time I open it up it says that the trial is up and that I need to buy the full version. I don't want to though and the overlay gets in the way of interacting with the rest of the program. I even uninstalled it, and installed the free version and it's STILL giving me this prompt. How do I make this go away?
Thanks Alan, I hope to hear something soon. Also, to be more specific, I also did my own research and found teh AVG Downgrader thing. Downloaded it, used it, restarted computer, and still the same problem. Hope this helps specify what's going on exactly
I am having the same problem and if it will not get fixed, I will stop using the software. The Trial expired should go away but it doesn't…uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. I have never seen such a mess in my life. Paid for a two year license and it looks like that is wasted money unless this gets fixed. I would have given AVG five stars until this happened. Now I wouldn't even give them one star…unless of course they fix it.
Having same issue.
