How do I open this menu in AVG 2017?

Thank you for contacting us. Regret to hear about the inconvenience caused to you. You can add the programs and files to AVG exceptions as described below.
Open AVG dashboard.
Click on Settings (clog wheel) beside "Scan now" on the main dashboard.
In the scan settings page, click on Exclusions in the left pane.
Then you can add the files or folders to AVG exceptions list on the right side.

How do I open this menu in AVG 2017? Programs get blocked randomly by AVG all the time for no reason and I know they have no harmful effects and I need to unblock them…
