How do I register more than one device

I have registered my tablet with the anti theft section of AVG. However I am trying to do the same with my mobile and not having any success. When I log in through my gmail account it says more than one device registered, so log out and log in through my AVG account. I do so and the account says no devices registered. I have registered the mobile tree times now and still cant get to use the anti theft software.
The AVG site says you can register more than one device, but this does not seem to be the case.
How do I get this sorted without being sent round and round in circles?

Stuart, Have you tried contacting the AVG for Android team directly through AVG >> Settings >> Help >> Contact us?.
