Let us explain this for you. You have AVG PC TuneUp for 1 computer and AVG Internet Security for 1 computer. These products will get installed on Windows device and not possible to install it on Android devices.
Have you subscribed to AVG for Android devices via Google Play Store?

How do I reinstall AVG on my Android?  I know I have clean up, I think I have virus protection, also
