I will certainly help you with it. I see that you have an active AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription). This product does not require a license number for activation, as it is activated using your AVG MyAccount that was created during your purchase. If you have already installed the product, please follow these steps to activate it:
Open AVG management console (click Start - AVG).
Click Connect in the top part of the window.
Click Log in to existing account.
Fill in your AVG MyAccount login (your email address) and password, and then click Log in.
AVG will recognize your subscription and your AVG product will be activated.

I bought my laptop earlier this year and purchased AVG Ultimate. Unfortunately I got severe viruses and had to do a master reset on my laptop. I can log into my AVG account but am having trouble reloading it on my laptop. It states that I do not have the correct activation code but I have all of the original software information. What do I do? Please help.
