How do i remove 3 rootkit threats detected by avg scan

Christie, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan result export (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).

avg have detected 3 rootkit threats but the option to remove them isnt highlighted, please does anyone know how i can remove them
