Please let us know the name of the AVG applications which installed on your PC.
Please open the AVG TuneUp > Speed up > Background & startup programs.
Then, click on sleeping programs and check the Microsoft applications are in sleep mode. If yes, wake the application and check for the issue status.

I had the same problem many others had. AVG Tuneup completely messed up my computer and I could no longer even use Microsoft Office! I emailed for help and no one replied. I thought I delted AVG tune up and requested a refund. Still no one helped me.
Now, AVG tune up is still running and updating on my computer.
Please tell me how to uninstall AVG tune up. It's awful. I tried using the link in another person's post and it doesn't even go anywhere.
