How do I remove firesearch from Mac Chrome? Ran AVG but still there

Hi - that did the trick when I used AVG to unistall Chrome. It didn't work when I deleted Chrome regularly. Thank you!

Are you getting webpages redirected from Google chrome browser to Firesearch?
If yes, did you install any third-party program recently?
If so, we request to uninstall those unwanted programs and then remove unwanted browser extensions.
If the issue still persist, please reset chrome browser once.

I've reset Chrom Browser and the same issue continues. How can I tell what third party programs may have recently been installed?

Hello Avi, 

We do understand. We request you to reinstall chrome browser once and check whether you are redirected to Firesearch. 

Click the "Chrome menu" (three horizontal lines) button and choose "Settings". In the "Search" section, click the "Manage search engines…" button. In the opened window, remove the unwanted Internet search engine by clicking the "X" button next to it.
