Michael, you may receive a renewal notice in the system tray area, on the AVG program user interface when you open it or through a separate pop up when you start the PC.
We asked you for a screenshot to determine where you are seeing it exactly.
Upon checking, you do not have any paid subscriptions for AVG registered under the email address you used to contact us here. If it is a trial version that is installed on your PC, it might have expired now. Please renew it or downgrade to free version to stop receive the renewal notifications.
