Hi Claus,
It is logmein it is used for remote assistance, but it is highly unlikely that it would cause any strange behaviour.
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.
Thanks

Hi.
I recently had contact with AVG customer service / help.
I was served by Siva. Siva asked me to load a program - logmein - and then reboot my PC. I did so. I assume that this reboot was to activate a service, which is probably still hanging in my PC. My PC has behaved strangely since then. What is this servive, I would like to know so I can remove it and get my PC back in normal operation.
The problem I whanted solved through AVG help is still not resolved. It was about mail scanning of mail from certain addresses. I solved it myself by beating mail scanning.
So, what is the name of the service I must remove after Logmein to get my good PC back.
