HOW DO I REMOVE - Trojan Horse Generic11_c.BHCC from a Macbook Pro?

Hi, I noticed that a number of emails in my mailbox would reappear after I installed AVG Antivirus for Mac, which detected a number of various on my system notably these emails that wouldnt delete. AVG Anitvirus says that they're blocked but when I delete the files through AVG or the emails in the mailbox the reappear again. HELP!!! I do I get rid of them?
