How do I retrieve my AVG after it is lost during a recovery on my computer?

Hello Catherine,

You have subscribed for AVG Ultimate which includes both Internet Security PC TuneUp program.
The subscription is valid till 22nd December 2019.
To install AVG Ultimate, follow the steps as mentioned in this (article).
This product doesn't have a license number. Its activation is by entering AVG my account credentials.

I had to do a recovery on my home laptop and my AVG has disappeared.  I keep getting notices to reinstall another security service, which I am ignoring.  I have my key code.
