We would like to know what is 'Restoro' and how it got installed on your windows 10 computer?

I need to remove Restoro from my Windows 10 Computer.   Please help.

Restoro has found its own way on my computer.   It is a security system that annoying pops up at every oppertunity to inform meI have something crashed.  It cannot be removed from my programs in settings as it does not show.
