Sorry for the inconveni9ence caused.
Once AVG program is updated it couldn't be rolled back to the previous update.
In your case the blocked program can be added to AVG's exception.
To add an exception to AVG please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/18WB2dg .
Please add the entire folder of the Calyx point software to the exception.
Do let us know the status of it.
AVG automatically updated my computer last night, and this mornign I cannot run my business software through Calyx Point. I called their tech support and they said it was an AVG problem. I currently have the program disabled so I can work, but that is not a long term solution. please help
