How do I select an answer in Accessibilities that is not there?

There is a RED warning on my tablet that I cannot get to go off after the scan. It keeps telling me to go to Accessibilities and select AVG Antivirus. But that is not in my Accessibilities. The only AVG showing in there is the Cleaner. Now what? The AVG Antivirus, Cleaner, and the VPN Apps are on the Tablet.  But they do not all show in my Accessibilities.  The warning also says to turn on the Webguard. I can go to the menu on the AVG Antivirus App and under Protection go to the Web guard and push it to on. But it will not stay. Please help. Dr Speech. 6-12-2020
