How do I stop a popup message "your protection has expired?"

I have the screenshot but the emails keep coming back as undeliverable. How or where do I post the screenshot?

And what should I expect to happen when I download this?

I am using an office computer and the tech department uninstall all AVG products from my desktop using Windows 7. Now I am constantly getting a message that my protection has expired. I know that, but there is no option in the window to turn it off. It is not within my control to upgrade or install a virus protection program. So now, how do I stop this? it is very irratating and frustrating and I want it to stop! And please do not ask me to allow somone to remotely access my computer. That too is not within my control and I would lose my job if I allowed it.

Hi Marie,

For help on your issue please try use AVG Remover (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover_en.exe).

Thanks

Hi marie,
I am happy to see that your issue is resolved.
Thanks for posting back.

Well, I downloaded it and as expected immediately ran into a problem. And the only way to get rid of this window is to restart the computer!
