Okay, Derek, do you mean that AVG program blocks all the applications on your PC?

no just had a problem with my laptop and textmatrix downloaded and had to pay for avg to stop from future problems and now its like it aint even my laptop cant acces what i want to just blocks everthing i should be able to control what its to be blocked or not and i have no idea if i can or how to

and not all aplications just a few certin ones like a movie website i go to to watch movies its not a big deal but wanted to know if i could unblock it considering this is my laptop

Hello Derek,
When you still facing blocking issues even after disabling AVG then the issue is not because of AVG. I request you to contact any local technician or Microsoft to further assist you.
