I am a day trader in the stock market. Recently when I go to place a trade, my trading platform shuts down. I talked to technical support for the trading platform, and they said based on their examination it looks like a fire wall, or anti-virus software is preventing it from working properly. How do I fix this so it allows me to place trades? Thank you. (I recently downloaded both AVG and Malwarebytes).
