How do I stop tune-up from searching for duplicate files?

How do I stop tune-up from searching for duplicate files?

I have been through everything and do not see that feature.  I don't want tune up to search for ANY duplicate files.  All I see is the ability to choose files with specific extensions.  What can I list for an extension that will encompass all extenstions.  I tried . and it did not like that.  Please guide me through this.

I purposely store a number of duplicate files.
