How do I transfer auto-renew notifications etc. over to a new e-mail address when there's no MyAVG account set up for the old one?

Thanks for that.  I have to say, the way to find support leaves a lot to be desired.  On the face of it, this should have a fairly straightforward solution.  But finding the way to actually get it addressed by someone within AVG is not at all straightforward!

You can create Myaccount to old email adress and than change it to new one.
Or provide us with more information and we should able to do it.

A couple of years ago I bought Internet Security 2013 for my work (I'm self-employed) laptop as I started up my own business.  Since then I also bought my own domain and am using a different e-mail address.  A couple of months ago I received the auto-renew notification sent to my old address.  Happy to renew it I let it go, but forwarded the e-mail to my new address, figuring it wouldn't be too hard to point the products I'd bought to the new address.  Apparently not.

The problem seems to be that I bought IS2013 before AVG MyAccount began, but there's no MyAVG account registered with that address.  I set up a MyAVG account using the e-mail address I now use for work and it tells me I have no products/subscriptions under this (despite having now upgraded my paid version of IS2014 to one of IS2015 clicking on a link sent to my old address - I don't even know how that tallies up!), but I also don't seem to have any way of logging in to find the stuff I did buy before and try to change the e-mail address settings in there!
