We're glad to help you with the info.
In order to transfer the AVG programs, you may need to uninstall them from the existing computer & then install it on your new computer. 
However, upon checking your account, we're unable to find any subscription. You might have used your alternate email address to subscribe AVG.

now that Microsoft are very kindly killing off the fantastic windows 7  and my old computer wasn't able to take windows 10,
I now have a new computer with a much larger memory set up,  so now I need  to transfer all my AVG
licences over to my new computer,  as an aged old guy with little knowledge about how to go about this,
can any one tell me how this is done,  (  my old computer will not be connected to the internet any more and will only be used as a storage unit),  thank  you

Hi,  Thank you for getting back to me, with regard to the information you require, I  have 2 e-mail accounts,  one is  a*********@yahoo.co.uk.    the second is  a**********@gmail.com.
I have 3  subscriptions active with AVG,
1.AGV Internet security - renew date *********
2.AVG Tune up - renew date 
3 AVG Secure  VPN - renew date
Sorry for being a pest but the technical side of computing baffles  me a 75 year old age pensioner.
