How do I turn off defragmentation for a SSD drive?

We request you to please follow the below steps to turn off defragmentation while running AVG PC tune up.
Open AVG PC tune up–>>Click on setting button under "Maintenance" tab –>> In that list of features uncheck "defragmentation" and click OK.

My Windows 10 OS is on an SSD drive that should not be defragmented. How do I turn off defragmentation?

Thanks for your reply. I only have the free AVG Protection and I've clicked on Fix Performance, and that I had to cancel when I saw it included Defragmentation. That's dangerous.
Is AVG PC Tune Up a separate program?
