How do I unlock all my apps on my huawei p20 lite?

Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select platform as "Android" and the name of AVG Program that you have installed on your mobile. In the description please completely explain your issue and click on "Email" option. When filling out your details choose "Yes" to the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.

I accidentally selected all my apps, including my avg app, when activating the app lock on my avg antivirus app lock. I am unable to open my apps, the screen just switches off.  Please please help
