How do I unsubscribe to AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device)?

We regret to hear that you have decided to cancel.
I'd like to inform that automatic renewal for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (60 day trial) is already cancelled, which is the reason you are not seeing the 'Unsubscribe' option.
We assure that you will not be charged for its renewal.

How do I unsubscribe my AVG Tune up (Multi-device) subscription when the "Unsubscribe" button is nowhere to be found? It's not showing in my page and I think it's because there's a pending payment charge that is due today.  I haven't used and installed your product and I'm also asking for a refund. Please send me an e-mail on how I can unsubscribe from it or atleast reply here in my post. I would appreciate it a lot!
