May I ask when did this happen?
Did you make any changes to your computer using AVG TuneUp program?
Did you try changing the screen resolution of your computer?
Regarding tuneup, do you have the program icon in the name "AVG TuneUp" or "AVG PC TuneUp"?

I renewed my subscription to AVG yesterday.  Turned on the computer and screen is not configured correctly, appears to have 'stretched' I did everything I know to remedy this but think I need the graphics card updated although tells me 'all drivers updated'  Help, please?
