We're glad to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've been charged for the renewal of AVG TuneUp, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry, which includes info on how to cancel, renewal date & amount to be charged.
In order to reinstall the program on your computer, you can follow the steps in this article.
As it isn't recommended to share the activation code over this post, we've sent you an email including the code.

I recently paid for an AVG subscription.The only AVG product I use is clean up. Despite AVG taking my money via PayPal, automatically, my clean up is now out of date. How do I ask them what they charged me for, and re install the system I paid for
