I am sorry to hear this. I request you to open the AVG Internet Security dashboard and click on "Menu–>About"
Click on Subscription and check whether you have option to enter the license number.
If you have already logged into your AVG my account on the interface then you will have option to "Log out from my account"
Please log out from my account and you will get the option to enter the license number.
Enter the renewed license number for AVG Internet Security that you purchased recently to continue using the subscription.

Please be informed that the 2017 version got installed automatically due to force migration that we are releasing now.
It is not the unlimited product that is installed.

The new AVG Internet Security Unlimited version has been installed on my computer but it says it expires in 30 days. I have just renewed my subscription for two years but it does not seem to recognise this. Is there a way of entering the license number?

Thank you for your reply. The problem has now been resolved. For some reason, the Unlimited version was automatically downloaded to my computer even though I have paid for the version for one computer only!
