How do you get AVG to allow MMORPGs?

Hi Sharon,
In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

How do you get AVG from blocking MMORPGs? I've add the games to the firewall program acccess, but it continues to block them. I'm using AVG Premium Security 2014. And I've updated it too, but still will not allow access for the game. I've contacted the games support and did what they suggested but still to no avail.
