How do you get in touch with technical support?

I noticed that you contacted support after creating this question. What is current status, were you able to solve it or do you still need our assistance?

I have spent the last 2 1/2 trying to get ahold of technical support.  When I fill out the form the grey buttons do not turn so I can click on them most of the time.  Once I got through and then it said make sure you have chat window can open.  I had just been with them in sales and got through and then nothing.  I am ready to scream. Also, I really miss Tech Buddy.   C
