How do you get past the "This appears to be an illegal copy" banner? I've purchased it, have my activation code and nothing works!

Hi There Gary!
Just to inform you to make sure you are running PC TuneUp as your license is for PC TuneUp and
not AVG Anti-Virus.

AVG are now sending you a copy of your license details and instructions to your e-pc mail address.
if you are already running a version of PC TuneUp please un-install it and re-install it as per the e-mail instructions.

Gary, In order to analyze your issue can you please provide AVG with license you are using (without last 5 characters).

If you find it I'd like to know.  Worse mistake I ever made by buying PC Tuneup.  Their support won't answer the phone and the bug fix they sent me never worked.  I'm asking for my money back

I followed all of the recommended steps and noyhing worked.  I even ran the file  "reset access".
