How do you reach anyone by phone tried for 2 days was on hold for 2hrs and still waiting to be conne

I have problems installing 2015 Tuneup have two differenct phone numbers neither one will answer you they put you on hold waiting telling you to please wait, did this last evening for 2hrs this moring tried several times if this is the kind of service they have I don;t want any part of this company. I have two programs with them and can certainly cancel if this is the way they operate. Any one else having this problem. Tphone numbers I have are 1-877-469-8630 and 1-877-855-261-6192  HELP
