As per our record, you have been charged $79.99 for the renewal of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices subscription as it had auto renewal enabled.
We have initiated the refund for this charge and an email has been sent explaining its status has been sent from the ticket that you have already submitted.

I can’t find anyway to contact support. I told them I didn’t want to renew and was charged anyway!
