Hello Yves,
I understand that you have purchased AVG Internet Security license and you want to install/activate it on your computer. I request you to open AVG Internet Security/AVG Free Antivirus > My AVG > My Subscription > enter license number. If you see your email address then you can click on logout at first. After that you will be able to see the Enter license number option.
