What the hell is wrong with these people?. I received an email to tell me my subscription was due for renewal, there is a link to follow if you need to update details (new payment card details). First it doesn't let me log in, I have to create a new account, but then all my previous subscriptions appear, weird!!. It seems there is no place to change payment details because they are held by a third party. I then start to "live chat" to a member of the team who says the only way to change the payment details is to renew early, which I decide to do. But it wants to bill me £44.99 instead of the £35.99 mentioned in the email, I tell him this and he says he can do it for £32.89, weird again!!. Now comes the good bit, he wants me to give him all my new card details through the live chat!!. When he said he would talk me through the process of updating my details I was expecting to fill something out online. What good would my details be to him if they are kept by a third party?. I told him I would not be giving out any information in that manner. I then get messages saying how secure it all is and all details are deleted. Utter crap service from this mob, will be looking elsewhere.
